Regina Key

The owner of KeyFit Sports & Fitness, Regina has 13 years experience as a certified personal trainer. Regina has taught multiple fitness classes for some of the area’s top fitness centers. Regina has developed and provided private and group fitness instruction for various sports teams within the public and private schools located in Knox County.
Regina is also certified as a Level 1 Golf Fitness Instructor with the “new” Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and has trained with Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips, co-founders of TPI. As such she is able to evaluate an individual’s strengths and weaknesses specifically impacting their golf game. Based on the data collected in the assessment, Regina is able to provide specific exercises and stretching that enhances both a client’s fitness level and golf game.
Alan Plankers

Alan has over 11 years experience as a certified personal trainer. Prior to his career as a personal training Alan played football for the University of Tennessee while obtaining his Bachelor degree. In addition to his academic training Alan brings a unique perspective from the football training room. Alan is also experienced in martial arts and boxing. Using these skills, Alan has developed various fitness programs using these techniques.
Tonya McGimsey

Tonya has eight years as a certified personal trainer. In addition to her personal training certification Tonya is also a certified physical therapy assistant; the combination of these two fields provides Tonya with a unique approach to training. Tonya is an experienced marathoner and understands the efforts necessary to meet long term objectives.
