Regina Key

Regina Key

The owner of KeyFit Sports & Fitness, Regina has 18 years experience as a certified personal trainer. Regina has taught multiple fitness classes for some of the area’s top fitness centers. Regina has developed and provided private and group fitness instruction for various sports teams within the public and private schools located in Knox County.

Regina is also certified as a Level 1 Golf Fitness Instructor with the  Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and has trained with Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips, co-founders of TPI. As such she is able to evaluate an individual’s strengths and weaknesses specifically impacting their golf game. Based on the data collected in the assessment, Regina is able to provide specific exercises and stretching that enhances both a client’s fitness level and golf game.

Alan Plankers

Alan Plankers

Alan has over 16 years experience as a certified personal trainer. Prior to his career as a personal training Alan played football for the University of Tennessee while obtaining his Bachelor degree. In addition to his academic training Alan brings a unique perspective from the football training room. Alan is also experienced in martial arts and boxing. Using these skills, Alan has developed various fitness programs using these techniques.

Matt Cumbee

Matt Cumbee

Matt has worked two years as a certified personal trainer. Matt is an experienced cross country runner and understands the efforts necessary to meet long term objectives. His experience in endurance training and functional mobility has allowed him to address a variety of client needs. His love for the outdoors inspires his training style to be diverse and spontaneous. He believes in training the whole individual; physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Katie Arnold

Katie Arnold

Katie has four years experience as a group fitness instructor and personal fitness trainer. Katie has a background in a variety of fitness courses such as cycling, boot camps, and extreme core classes. In addition to personal training, Katie is a practicing RN.  She was a runner throughout high school and made several appearances in the state cross-country and track events. She continues running today and training for 5ks and half-marathons.

Nick Thomas

Nick Thomas

Nick is a certified personal trainer currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Tennessee. Nick has long been interested in fitness; wrestling while in high school, and is interested in developing and managing corporate wellness programs. He has always had a true passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
